The Problem
The client managed debtor balances, receivable transactions, and deposit records manually across spreadsheets, making reconciliation, balance tracking, and audit trail maintenance slow and error-prone.
What Was Built
Built a role-based (admin / accounting) Laravel web application with debtor ledger management, receivables and payment transaction logging, deposit tracking, full activity log, and multi-format financial reports including mutation cards and receivables summaries.
