The Problem
The cooperative tracked member data, savings transactions, loan disbursements, installment schedules, and stock operations in separate spreadsheets with no unified accounting layer, making reporting and reconciliation extremely time-consuming.
What Was Built
Built a modular Laravel system covering the full cooperative workflow: member registry, savings types and transaction history, loan lifecycle with auto-generated installment schedules, POS inventory with stock movement tracking, general journal and chart of accounts, and financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow — all in a responsive dashboard interface.
