The Problem
The client was managing print orders across multiple production stages — from design approval to finishing — using scattered notes and spreadsheets. Tracking design file revisions, material stock levels, and customer payment status was error-prone and time-consuming.
What Was Built
Built a unified Laravel web application with a 6-stage order lifecycle (Waiting Design → Design Process → Printing Process → Finishing → Ready for Pickup → Completed), revision-tracked design file management, material stock logging with movement history, external purchase tracking, and order-level financial summaries including discounts and payment status.
